The Journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and information centers. This ensures the long-term preservation and restoration of the published content.

Each issue of the publication is released in both print and electronic formats. The electronic version is subject to mandatory Open Access publication on the journal’s official website and is deposited in the Institutional Repository of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy.

Electronic copies of all issues are also submitted for permanent storage to the «Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine» platform at the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
