1. General Submission Terms

We accept original scientific articles that:

– have not been previously published;

– are not currently under consideration by other publications;

– align with the scientific profile of “Linguistic Bulletin” (“Movoznavchyi Visnyk”);

– are formatted according to the journal’s requirements.

Submission of a manuscript implies the author’s (authors’) agreement with the journal’s editorial policy.

2. Submission Procedure

To publish an article, the author(s) must send the following to the editorial email address:

• the article file in Microsoft Word format ( .doc / .docx);
• author Information (see Annex 1 below);
• if necessary – supplementary materials (review, recommendation, etc.)$
• materials can also be submitted directly on the journal's website using the “Make an Application”

3. Submission Requirements

Before submitting the manuscript, the author(s) must ensure that:

– The text fully complies with the formatting guidelines set out in the “For Authors” section;

– all sources are properly and accurately cited;

– the manuscript file is prepared using the Microsoft Word text editor;

– tables, figures, and other illustrative materials are embedded within the text in accordance with the content;

– correct bibliographic references are provided throughout the text;

– the manuscript is free of plagiarism and other violations of academic integrity.

4. Editorial Review Process

All submitted materials undergo the following stages:

• initial screening for compliance with the journal’s formal requirements;
• academic integrity check (plagiarism screening);
• double-blind peer review (anonymous evaluation by independent experts);
• Editorial Board decision (Accept, Revise, or Reject).

The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit the text for style and clarity without altering its scientific meaning; return manuscripts to authors for further revision; reject articles that do not meet the journal’s requirements or ethical standards.

5. Author Responsibility

The author(s) bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided, the originality of the text, the correct citation of sources, and the precision of personal information. If the article is recommended for publication, the researcher must sign an Author Agreement and submit a scanned copy or high-quality photo to the editorial office's email address.

 

                                                                   AUTHOR AGREEMENT

I (we), (full name(s) of the author(s)) ____________________________________________________________________ confirm that the article titled «___________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________________» submitted to the collection of scientific papers “Linguistic Bulletin” (“Movoznavchyi Visnyk”) is original and has not been previously published. There is no conflict of interest between the authors of the article. The names of the authors are listed according to their contribution to the scientific research (please specify if the article has multiple authors).

By this agreement, I (we) also certify that the submitted manuscript meets the following criteria:

1. Does not contain calls to violence, incitement of racial or ethnic hatred, or any material that is alarming, threatening, defamatory, cruel, obscene, vulgar, etc.
2. Does not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of other individuals or organizations; includes all citations and references to authors and/or publications required by current copyright law, as well as results and facts obtained by other authors or organizations used in the article.
3. Has not been published previously by other publishers and has not been submitted for publication to other journals.
4. Does not contain materials prohibited from publication in the open press according to current legislation.

If the article is accepted for publication, I (we) transfer the following rights to the founders and the editorial board of the scientific publication “Linguistic Bulletin” (“Movoznavchyi Visnyk”):

1. The right to publish this article in Ukrainian (English, Polish, etc.) and to distribute its printed version.
2. The right to distribute the electronic version of the article through any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

At the same time, I (we) reserve the right, without prior coordination with the editorial board and founders:

• to use the materials of the article, in full or in part, for educational purposes;
• to use the materials of the article, in full or in part, for writing my (our) own dissertations;
• to use the materials of the article for the preparation of abstracts, conference reports, and oral presentations;
• to post electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the journal) on: a) personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.); b) web resources of the institutions where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories); c) non-commercial open-access web resources (e.g., arXiv.org).

6. Additional Provisions

Articles in the collection are assigned a digital object identifier (DOI).

Submitted materials will not be returned.

The editorial board may request additional documents if necessary.
