The fee for publishing in the journal is 60 UAH per page (formatted in 14pt font, 1.5 line spacing) plus 45 UAH for the DOI index.

Fees should be paid only after receiving official confirmation that the article has been accepted for publication.

Payment of the publication fee has no influence on the editorial decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.

Articles authored solely by Doctors of Sciences are published free of charge.

PhD students (third-level higher education) studying on a state-funded basis are exempt from publication fees, provided the article is single-authored (without co-authors).
