Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of the research is determined by the challenges of wartime – the presence of numerous media publications and posts in social networks, which require special knowledge in the field of linguistics to clarify the circumstances of a criminal offense. The results of the
linguistic analysis may be considered during the preparatory stage of the court proceedings.
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of semantic and textual research of conflictogenic content during the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.
Methods. Scientific and linguistic methods, including component analysis, semantic and textual analysis, linguo-stylistic analysis, pragmatic analysis of the communicative situation, contextual and interpretive analysis, are applied to interpret the text fragments regarding the presence of signs of justification, legitimization, denial of aggression or occupation of foreign lands, and glorification of individuals.
Results. The article draws attention to the problematic issues of linguistic examination, scientific and methodological support of linguistic examination, practical application of expert procedures in various types of examinations of conflictogenic media texts, social media posts, and anti-Ukrainian Internet publications.
It was found that in connection with the full-scale invasion of Russia, the scope of conflicts that require a linguistic assessment has been expanded by content with signs of justification, legitimization, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, justification, legitimization, denial of the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, glorification of the Russian Federation persons who carried out an act of armed aggression against Ukraine, etc. The conceptual and
terminological apparatus of semantic-textual research regarding the presence of linguistic signs of language conflicts is outlined, and linguistic markers (semantic and textual means) of their expression are identified and described.
Originality. The originality of the scientific search lies in the expansion of the concept of “conflictogenic text” and the inclusion in the sphere of linguistic conflicts of situations related to justification, legitimization, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine,
justification, legitimization, denial of the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, glorification of the Russian Federation persons who carried out an act of armed aggression against Ukraine, etc. The practical application of the results of linguistic analysis during the preparatory stage of court proceedings is important.
Conclusion. It was concluded that in the conditions of a full-scale war there is an increased need to conduct semantic and textual studies of conflictogenic texts with signs of justification, legitimization, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, justification, legitimization, denial of the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine and glorification of the Russian
Federation persons who carried out an act of armed aggression against Ukraine, etc. The analysis of the anti-Ukrainian internet publications submitted for linguistic analysis confirms the presence of linguistic markers of conflictogenic content. We see the prospect of further scientific research in the study of other types of language conflicts that demonstrate collaborative activity.
